swapped RT-AC66U with R7000 and having poor wireless

I had an RT-AC66U running 1.28 tomoato, and now have an R7000 running 1.30 tomato and everything is setup the extra same, same location of the AP. For some reason, my netflix now buffers when I chromecast. It did not do this with the AC66U. It seems to buffer evey 5-10 minutes for about 30 seconds.

It has been doing this since I swapped them. Everything else I normally do seems OK. My DL speeds are about 10MB/s (I have 100mb symmetrical fiber).
