DNSMasq Question

Hi,

I apologize for the low level question. I think I may be misunderstanding the function of DNSMasq in how it queries DNS servers. If someone has a moment could someone elaborate on the following:

what is the difference between strict-order and all servers? Are the commands mutually exclusive? How does DNSmasq handle things without these values?
