Tomato Nginx Downloads PHP file instead of executing via php-cgi

Hi Guys (New member! Hello!),

I'm running the latest tomato (installed last week) - got all basics setup and working, and now trying to install and setup owncloud so I can access my files from work (the main reason I installed Tomato!).

I followed a few tutorials online, mainly I was copying this youtube video by shibby:
