So I've added Codel and fixed L7 QOS in this. Purely playing with it at the moment, it seems to be going well however; something like a hobby![;)]( "Wink ;)")
These builds are limited to networking only, there's no Transmission or any other toys.
I had to revert the ipset changes, the makefile was omitted and there isn't much point in duplicated effort![:)]( "Smile :)")
