Tomato ARM utilities - tcpdump, iperf, rsync

I've compiled up some utilities I was missing.

These were compiled against the linksys toolchain, and tested on Shibby Tomato ARM 124 for the Netgear R7000.
I believe they should work on other Tomato ARM variants, and other routers (using Tomato ARM of course).
Let me know if they don't.
