How to set dns server on Tomato ?

Hi there,

In my country some websites began to be blocked without judge decision. It's only a DNS blocking so i decide to ask if i can use Tomato with usb stick as data storage to be a local DNS Server.

But i was asking myself if Toastman or Shibby have a better/easier/faster "how-to" about that !
