I am trying to troubleshoot causes of network slowness. I have a recent upgrade of cable modem and cable speed. Running a speed test with my computer hooked up directly to the modem yields 180Mbps down, 25 Mbps up (this happened to be from a Windows 7 laptop, I was testing with).
