Kill PPTP connections on saving settings?

Hi.

I'm using Tomato (Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-124 K26 USB Big-VPN)

I'm running a PPTP server and two PPTP clients and everything works great EXCEPT when I change settings (like port forwards) on the server-side router and save those, a music client (Squeezeplug) at a client stops responding to controls of the machine on the server side.

If I do a "disconnect" on that client, it reconnects after 10-15 seconds and everything is hunky dory.
