Dnsmasq Question

I was wondering if there was any way to set it up so that if you were using Dnsmasq as your internal DNS server, that you could make it either remember a certain amount of sites per VLAN or interface, or if you could just set it only to make its list from a certain VLAN?

I have a vlan that runs a server internally. when going through the logs on a windows 8 laptop I keept seeing "DNS did not respond or timed out for" a string of something like blablabla/blablabla/blablabla/blablabla that...
