Parallel VPN for Netflix and iPlayer Question

is it possible to setup two Vpn's to run in parallel on tomato firmware, or do I need two routers?

I was wondering if I can create a virtual hotspot for one and just change from one to the other by switching between wifi networks.

Any thoughts anyone?
