Wireless client mode with Virtual wifi on different Subnet

Hi, im running Tomato on my router and trying to configure a bridge between two routers

Router 1 --> Internet access 192.168.1.1 (not admin access)
Router 2 (tomato) --> 192.168.2.1

I like to set a Wireless client wl0 to get internet from Router 1 and distribute it on the Router 2 on the other subnet 192.168.2.x

I got this working but if Router 2 reboots all gets messed up.

my current config is on Router 2:
WAN Type - Static -- 192.168.1.36
LAN br0 192.168.2.1 with DHCP 192.168.2.2 to...
