QOS Question - DST and SRC

Hi all,

I hate to clutter the forums with silly questions like this, but... how do you determine which is the DST and which is the SRC for QOS rules?

I saw one thread that said that SRC is always local, DST is always external. I saw another thread that said SRC is always the initiator, DST is always the destination. (So if you're connecting out, you're the src. Otherwise you're the dst.) I saw another thread that mentioned both and had people saying they have no clue.
