OpenVPN - selective routing, based on destination IP

Hi Guys,

So I got OpenVPN going.

Currently all Traffic is being sent via VPN.

I would like to send traffic via VPN if the destination ip (host) is X.XX.XX.XX

All other traffic should go via my ISP.

I googled and googled 6 hours of COPY paste some IP tables rules and not one even worked

Is there an easy way to do something like this ....
