DHCP Slow to Assign IP

Hi Everyone,
First post -- please take it easy on me

I've got an RT-N66U running the latest Shibby, 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-123 K26 USB AIO-64K.

I've noticed lately that my router is slow to assign an IP address from DHCP, especially through wireless (eth1/2). So slow, in fact -- I frequently get self-assigned 169.254.x.x addresses. Turning off/on the WiFi on my device usually fixes the problem -- although sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries.

I'm wondering if any has any ideas I could try to...
