I'm not sure, but when I installed Tomato my bandwidth has dropped from 3.1 to 2 Mbit.
Is it a case or there's a possibility? Maybe it is programmed to guarantee a stabler than higher adsl connection, because I have bad SNR and noise (also, is it possible to read these values from the router and not the modem?).
With DD-WRT I didn't had this problem.
My ISP setted the line to 5 Mbit, but I asked the customer care operator to drop it to 3.5 because it would be phisically impossible to reach...
Is it possible that Tomato negotiates banwidth worse?
