Bandwidth Priority of host network over guest network?

Hi,I've set up a guest SSID on my router in addition to the host SSID and I'm trying to figure out how to use Tomato to give priority to my host SSID (which has its own ip range, bridge and virtual network) over my guest SSID (which also has its own ip range, bridge and virtual network).

Currently, I am able to use the Bandwidth limiter, which kinda gets the job done, but I want to just give priority to my host network.
I mean, if no one is using bandwidth on my host network, then the guest...
