Owncloud install on webserver >> HELP

I'm trying to install Owncloud on routers websever, shibby 120-aio build.
I have unpacked owncloud 6.0.4 and put it in my Server Root Path /mnt/script/www/owncloud

Then give this commands:
When I try to connet with http://192.168.2.1:81/owncloud/index.php I get No input file specified.
in web browser.
