Tinyproxy on toastman

Hi there, i want to install Tinyproxy in my Asus RT-N12.
My JFFS only have 3904KB.
I tried to install optware but failed because not enough space on JFFS.
So i decided to use CIFS method.
My question is:
1. Can Tinyproxy fit into JFFS?
2. Do i need to connect to CIFS all the time after install Tinyproxy?

p.s The reason to use Tinyproxy is to block https for some site since access restriction can only block http.
