Well, after having another Linksys e900 fail on me I am again on another search for a new router.
My instinct says go for the RT-N16, and put toastman's firmware on it, however, it still has draft-n on it.
If I put tomato on it will it change is so that the N standard is current, or is the draft-n a hard ware issue?
I like the specs of 480/128/32, but it is years old.
There is also the RT-N12D1, but it has the same middling specs as the linksys e900. 300/32/8 which are ok.
I run a network...
Asus RT-N16 or Asus RT-N12 D1?
