USA VPN but 2 Routers

Hi,

I have a weird setup, to enable USA Netflix to work as well as have a USA based network for devices to use as needed. Please let me know if there is a better way to get this working without complicating it as I have been doing

I have 2 routers, both running Tomato.

Router 1 is the DHCP server and is used for the main network. It is running its own wi-fi network
Router 2 is the VPN Client that tunnels through to my USA VPS. This is running its own wi-fi network
