Print Server Configuration?

Router: ASUS AC66U
FW: Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-116 K26AC USB AIO-64K (Shibby)
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64

Under "SUB Support" I have "USB Printer Support" enabled.

Under "Attached Devices" I see my printer listed.
Printer usblpid Samsung ML-1740

I search for network printers and nothing is found.
I add a printer by ip 192.168.1.1, nothing is found.

Is there a correct way of setting this up?
